Protection for what matters most.

Wills. Trusts. Probate. Estate planning made simple, approachable, and affordable for every Texas family.

Meet Bethany Jennings

Attorney & Founder

Bethany spent nearly two decades working across private practice and the wealth management and trust departments of  Texas banks — advising on complex estates, administering trusts and estates, and helping families navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. She founded Jennings Law Firm to make that same depth of experience available to every Texan, regardless of the size of their estate. Whether you're just starting to think about a will or navigating a loss for your family, Bethany works with you directly — with patience, clarity, and genuine care for what matters most to you.

Areas of Practice

Estate Planning

Bethany works with Texas individuals and families at every stage of life to build a clear, personalized plan that reflects your wishes and protects the people you care about.

Wills

A will is the simplest way to make sure your wishes are known and legally honored. If you don't have one — or haven't updated yours in years — Bethany can walk you through it.

Trusts

A trust can offer protections a will alone can't, including avoiding probate and managing how and when assets are distributed. Bethany will help you determine whether a trust makes sense for your situation.

Probate

If you've lost someone and are responsible for settling their estate, Bethany can help you navigate the process accurately and efficiently so you can focus on your family.
